At shoplucbna, we offer a 30-day free return service for purchases made at shoplucbna.shop. This service adds to your mandatory consumer rights.

Our return promise

You have 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return, including if you change your mind. Giving a reason is optional.

Please return the products in the condition received, together with included accessories and original packaging where reasonably available. Reasonable unpacking and inspection are allowed. Missing packaging alone does not remove statutory rights.

Damage resulting from misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary service, without limiting any legally required remedy.

Return arrangements and costs

To begin, email richaniel_angt@outlook.com with your order number, checkout email address, and the products you wish to return.

We will provide the designated return destination and a prepaid shipping label or another return arrangement at our expense. We charge no return shipping, restocking, or return handling fees.

For voluntary returns, send the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving the instructions. Keep proof of posting until the return is completed.

Please contact us before mailing goods so we can arrange free shipping. The correspondence address listed on our website is not automatically the return destination. Statutory cancellation does not require our approval.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods

Contact us promptly if goods arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from their description. Explain the issue and provide photographs if reasonably available.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, or refund, and cover associated shipping costs. Our voluntary 30-day period does not shorten longer statutory protections.

Refund calculation and payment

For a complete order returned under this policy, we refund the price paid for the goods and standard outbound delivery. For partial returns, we refund the returned goods and any delivery charges refundable under applicable law.

We do not retrospectively deduct shipping because a partial return reduces the retained merchandise below our free shipping threshold.

We assess returns and issue refunds promptly after receiving the goods or sufficient return evidence, as applicable. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Funds generally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, depending on your bank or payment provider. Mandatory refund deadlines take priority. Contact us if the credit has not appeared after seven business days.

Cancellation and exchanges

Email us immediately to request cancellation before dispatch. If shipment has already occurred, we will explain the available return options.

UK statutory cancellation rights

For most online goods purchases, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days after delivery and return goods within the following 14 days without giving a reason.

Reimbursement is made without undue delay. Unless collection is offered, we may wait for the goods or return evidence, whichever comes first, and reimburse within 14 days of that event. If collection is offered, reimbursement is due within 14 days of cancellation.

Standard outbound delivery is refundable; optional premium supplements need not be refunded unless legally required. Lawful deductions may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Our free returns and additional 30-day service remain available.
